Compassionate, Root-Focused Care for Your Well-Being

Open Book

How are we different?

Life as an adult comes with its own set of challenges—balancing work, relationships, family, and personal health can feel overwhelming. If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns, you are not alone. We are here to take the time to truly listen, understand your experiences, and work with you to find the root causes of your symptoms.

Mental health is deeply connected to physical health, and many medical conditions—such as hormonal imbalances, gut health, chronic conditions, and nutritional imbalances—can contribute to emotional distress. Our approach is thorough and integrative, ensuring that we look at the bigger picture to identify underlying factors that may be impacting your well-being.

Our goal is to provide thoughtful, personalized care that helps you achieve lasting wellness, whether through conventional psychiatric treatment or integrative approaches.

What to Expect

Initial Evaluation - Around 1 Hour:

Your first visit is focused on getting to know you—your history, experiences, and what brings you to seeking care. Your initial intake forms are lengthy, but our priority is understanding your whole story! This also gives us an opportunity to know about you prior to your visit, so we can focus on you and not rushing through our visit. We’ll conduct a comprehensive psychiatric assessment, explore possible contributors to your symptoms, and collaborate on a treatment plan tailored to your needs. We understand the importance of implementing both integrative approaches with Western medicine. Ultimately, we are here to explore your best options, educate on various approaches, and let you collaborate with your preferences. We also will formulate custom goals throughout your treatment so you can know what to expect, and get back to being yourself.

Rather than rushing to a diagnosis or prescription, we take the time to listen, assess thoroughly, and collaborate on a thoughtful, individualized approach to your care.

Each individual treatment plan is different but the frequency of visits generally range from weekly to every 2-3 months. We will discuss this and decide together.

Follow-Up Evaluation - Around 30 Minutes:

Follow-up sessions are focused on monitoring progress, adjusting treatment as needed, and exploring medication and holistic interventions to support your well-being. We’ll check in on progress, make adjustments as needed, and continue supporting your journey toward wellness.

We provide both in-office visits as well as telehealth visits!
